    中移动的10086客服热线非常不热，对神州行客户有歧视之嫌，人工服务很难打通。今日我改用英语服务热线见奇效，电话接通无等待，业务办理效率陡增，服务态度热情似火，就是英语发音很次，和国航空姐有一拼。英文好的朋友可以拨通10086后按2号键，扮演一下老外。
